Booking

The house is available for rent during Middlebury College event weekends as well as select weeks during the summer.

Booking is easy:

1. Send an e-mail with your name and contact details, the booking period (check-in & check-out dates) and the number of people in your party.

2. We will get back to you to confirm the availability and send you a rental agreement for you to sign and details for payment of the reservation deposit of 25% of the (total) rental fees.

3. After we have received your reservation deposit we will send you the formal confirmation of your booking.

4. In case you made an early booking, we will send you a reminder (approx. 60 days prior to check-in) to pay for the outstanding amount. In case of late bookings, we may ask for the full amount to be paid immediately

Service Charges: Rental prices include all service charges (pre-cleaning, check-out cleaning, trash removal, fresh linen and towels.)

Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required to cover for damages other than normal wear and tear. This deposit will be returned to you within three days of your departure, given the home does not have damage or excess cleaning or garbage to attend to. Smoking is not allowed.

Arrival/Departure Times: Arrival time is 2:00 PM. Departure time is 10:30 AM. Standard rental period is Sunday to Saturday. Check-in or check-out on other days is possible per prior request. Minimum rental period: 3 nights. For graduation and reunion weekend, rental period is Thursday through Sunday or Friday through Monday.

Rent: $3,000/month plus utilities

Graduation and Reunion Rentals:
$650 a night with a three night minimum. Refundable $250 security deposit. 

Weekly Rentals:
Standard rental period is Sunday to Saturday. Rate is $1,500 per week. Check-in or check-out on other days is possible per prior request at a rate of $400 per night. Minimum rental period: 3 nights. Please inquire for available weeks.
Weekly rates are not available during graduation periods.
Maximum rental period: 3 consecutive weeks.
Multiple week discounts are available: 2 consecutive weeks,10% off total rental, 3 consecutive weeks: 15% off total rental.
